Acid Staining
Chemical reaction between metallic salts and minerals in the concrete creates permanent, variegated earth-tone color. No two acid-stained floors look exactly the same.
Water-Based Staining
Wider color palette including blues, greens, and reds. More predictable than acid stain and UV-stable making it ideal for outdoor applications.
Surface Preparation
Concrete must be clean with an open pore structure and free of existing coatings. We grind or acid-etch and fill cracks before staining.
Topcoat and Protection
Stained concrete must be sealed with a clear polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat. Sheen options range from matte to high gloss.
