Step 1: Failure Analysis

Step 3: Address the Root Cause

If the failure was moisture: install the correct moisture-barrier primer. If oil: degrease, grind deeper, apply oil-blocking primer. If temperature during application: document and plan the repair for appropriate weather conditions. If wrong product: specify the correct chemistry. The repair is only as good as the root cause correction.

Step 4: Correct System Installation

The replacement system is installed with full professional protocol: moisture test, correct primer, 100% solids epoxy base coat, broadcast aggregate for texture and adhesion, and commercial polyaspartic topcoat.
