Full building abatement before demolition: one to four weeks depending on building size and total quantity of ACM.
Regulatory Lead Time
NESHAP requires 10 business days notice before commercial demolition involving regulated asbestos quantities. Plan your project timeline accordingly.
Post-Abatement Clearance
Clearance air testing adds approximately 24 hours after abatement is complete. Containment cannot be removed until clearance is achieved.
